Personal Data Collection and Purpose of Processing
When you decide to use BriziCam at a venue to take group photos and/or share them, we collect personal data in order to provide you with this fan engagement functionality. This personal data includes:
- Your seat location and the venue location, so we can direct the camera system to place your seat in the centre of the group photo.
- The photo of you that BriziCam takes, which includes your likeness and the photo’s time/date stamp information, so it can be delivered to your mobile device for you to view, download, and/or share with friends and family.
- Your email and social media handles if you choose to share the photos to your email address, or your social media account.
- Where available, your event ticket number, so we can direct the camera system to place your seat in the centre of the group photo, without you having to manually input this information
- In some cases, your image and likeness if you are sitting close to someone else that takes photos through BriziCam
For the venue operator or event organizers that Brizi works with, having access to how Brizi’s audience-controlled camera technology is being used, enables them to enhance the event experience.
