COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Access or use the BriziCam at an Event;
Share your content created through BriziCam to social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter (“Social Media”);

BriziCam at Events: When you use BriziCam at an Event, Brizi collects the following Personal Information in order to provide you with the Services: name, Event, seat location, and photographs you take using the BriziCam. Through your ticket purchase and entry to the Event venue, you have consented to photos and videos of your likeness at the event being used subsequently for any reasons, or as noted in the image release disclaimer or waiver used by the Event organizer. Brizi is a third-party partner of the Event organizer, meaning your image may be triggered while photographs are taken in the venue. Images are triggered when you or other Event attendees seated near you connect to the Event Website and use the Event Website to control BriziCam cameras located at the Event to take pictures. These images are delivered back to you for your enjoyment, and may also be used and displayed for marketing and promotional purposes for the Event and to market our products and services, including publishing your photos on the Brizi Website to promote the Brizi Services. For additional information on how these images may be used please contact us directly. If inquiring about how images will be used for a particular Event, please contact us directly, specifying the Event name. If you prefer, we invite you to directly request the removal of certain images that contain your Personal Information from websites that we control by contacting us via the information below.
Social Media: When you share your photo or video content on or through third-party Social Media applications, you may have the option of allowing us to access certain information associated with your Social Media account (e.g., name, username, email address, profile picture, gender, etc…) and share these photographs with your network. When you provide information to us and our partners from your Social Media account, we may use this information to personalize your experience on our website, and to provide you with relevant advertising and promotions for products or services.
Contact Us: When you contact us with a comment, question or complaint, you may be asked for information that identifies you (such as your name, address and a telephone number) along with additional information we need to help us promptly answer your question or respond to your comment. We may also retain this information to assist you in the future and to improve our customer service, product and service offerings, and events and promotions.
Additional Use of Personal Information: Further to the above mentioned uses, we may use your Personal Information collected through the Event Website, Social Media, and your contact with us to analyze and improve the performance of our products and services.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not disclose, trade, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your Personal Information, without your consent, except as otherwise set out herein.
Third Party Partners: We may transfer (or otherwise make available) your Personal Information to third parties who are associated with the Event you are attending, such as the Event hosts and sponsors. Your Personal Information may be used for the purposes of facilitating promotional and marketing activities related to the Event you are participating in.
Storage and Processing: Your Personal Information is securely encrypted and maintained or processed within or geographically near the legal jurisdiction where the physical Event is taking place. Our service providers are not authorized to use or disclose Personal Information that has not been previously consented to for their own marketing or other purposes. By using the Services, you agree that your Personal Information may be processed and stored in the local jurisdiction where it may be accessible to local government agents and law enforcement under lawful access laws.
Other Third Parties: We may use data and statistics generated from the Personal Information we collect from Event Websites, Social Media, and our contact with you to promote our products and services to other third parties. In such cases, all personally identifiable information will be anonymized prior to its disclosure to the third parties.
Sale of Business: We may transfer any information we have about you as an asset in connection with a merger or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings) involving all or part of Brizi or as part of a corporate reorganization or other change in corporate control.
Legal and Compliance: Brizi and our service providers may provide your Personal Information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable Canadian, U.S. or other law. We may also disclose Personal Information where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and to investigate or prevent actual or suspected loss or harm to persons or property.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR WEBSITE/ONLINE SERVICES
Visiting our Website: In general, you can visit our websites without telling us who you are or submitting any Personal Information. However, we collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our websites and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system and average time spent on our websites. We use this information to help us understand our website activity, and to monitor and improve our websites.
Tracer Tags & Web Beacons: We may also use a technology called "tracer tags" or "Web Beacons". This technology allows us to understand which pages you visit on our website or what e-mail communications you receive and open. For example, the information we collect through this technology may include the first date and time you open our e-mail, and whether you click any links included in our e-mail. This information helps us optimize and tailor our websites and marketing communications for you and others.
